1. Independent site, not Tesla

This site is independently run by an individual Tesla owner. It has no parent, agency, employment, licensing, endorsement, or sponsorship relationship with Tesla, Inc., its affiliates, stores, service centers, or authorized sales channels. Nothing on this site speaks for Tesla or should be read as an official Tesla statement, commitment, or guarantee.

For official information, ordering, service, recalls, warranty, or complaints, contact Tesla directly through tesla.com or the Tesla app.

2. Informational only, not professional advice

Articles, tables, calculators, comparisons, reviews, and recommendations on this site are general information compiled from public sources and the author’s own ownership experience. They are not tailored to your circumstances and are not:

• Purchasing advice: whether, what, or when to buy, or whether to buy or lease, is your decision; always confirm details on Tesla’s official order page.
• Investment advice: content about TSLA stock, SpaceX-related securities, brokerage accounts, or ETFs is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security.
• Tax advice: federal, state, and provincial credits, rebates, loan-interest deductions, and sales taxes are complex and vary by person; consult a licensed tax professional and rely on the IRS, CRA, and your state or provincial tax authority.

3. Tesla’s official information prevails

Tesla’s pricing, trims, range, FSD pricing and subscriptions, delivery timing, inventory discounts, and financing or lease rates change frequently, sometimes several times a week. Government EV incentives and tax credits can also be amended, paused, or ended at any time.

• Vehicle pricing, specifications, policies, and referral program terms are subject to the official information at tesla.com.
• Government incentives, rebates, and tax credits are subject to the relevant government agency (for example the IRS, Transport Canada, or your state or provincial authority).
• We note verification dates or source links for prices and figures, but cannot guarantee they are still accurate, complete, or current when you read them.

We work to keep content accurate but make no express or implied warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability. If you spot an error, please let us know through the contact page and we will review and correct it.

4. Tesla referral links

This site contains Tesla owner referral links (including the tslna.com/go/tesla redirect links). The author participates in Tesla’s official owner referral program as a Tesla owner. If you order through a referral link and take delivery, you and the author may receive rewards under Tesla’s then-current program.

• Program rules, eligibility, rewards, fulfillment, referral caps, and eligible models and regions are set solely by Tesla and may change, be suspended, or end at any time.
• The interpretation of the referral program rules and terms rests with Tesla. Any description of referral rewards on this site is a summary only; if it differs from Tesla’s official pages, Tesla’s official terms prevail.
• Referral rewards usually cannot be combined or stacked with other concurrent Tesla promotions, trials, or offers. For example, a free FSD period from a referral and the FSD trial included with a new vehicle generally do not add up (3 months plus 1 month does not make 4 months); you typically receive one or the other. Whether offers can be combined, and which one applies, is decided by Tesla under the rules in effect when you order, as shown on your order page and in Tesla’s written confirmation. Rewards mentioned in our articles and banners are a summary of the referral program and do not mean they can be combined with other offers.
• If you have questions about a reward or whether offers stack, confirm with a Tesla advisor or in the Tesla app before ordering. This site cannot make commitments on Tesla’s behalf or change what Tesla provides.

6. Driving safety and FSD

Tesla Autopilot and FSD (Supervised) are driver-assistance features and do not make the vehicle autonomous. The driver must stay attentive, be ready to take over at all times, and remains fully responsible for the vehicle. Descriptions of FSD, Autopilot, road trips, or Camp Mode on this site reflect the personal experience of the author or other owners and may not match what you see with your vehicle, software version, road, or weather conditions.

Always follow local traffic laws and your Tesla Owner’s Manual. Every driver is responsible for their own driving and its consequences.

7. Maintenance, modifications, and DIY

Content about maintenance, tire changes, accessory installation, charging equipment, or 12V power is general reference only. Doing the work yourself can cause injury or property damage, or affect your warranty and insurance claims. Leave high-voltage, battery, brake, suspension, and airbag work to a Tesla Service Center or qualified professional, and have home chargers installed by a licensed electrician with the required permits.

8. Third-party products, services, and links

Third-party products and services mentioned or linked on this site (accessories, insurance, brokerages, travel agencies, satellite internet, charging equipment, and so on) are provided independently by those businesses. Purchases, payments, shipping, returns, support, and disputes are between you and the third party. This site is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for their products, services, pricing, availability, or privacy practices.
